Servings: 8 Treats
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 small container of Fat Free Cool Whip
- Sugar free chocolate syrup
Directions:
Step 1: Thaw cool whip most of the way through. Mix in peanut butter until thoroughly mixed.
Step 2: Line a cupcake pan with 11 cupcake liners. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with cool whip mixture. Drizzle each treat with chocolate syrup.
Step 3: Freeze for two hours and enjoy!
Additional Tips:
**You can eat these treats partially unthawed as well. I like the texture when they are only partially frozen and can eat them with a spoon!
Personally I like the natural peanut butter with honey added for an extra layer of sweetness
